Dalyan town is located 15 km west of Fethiye city near the Dalyan River which connects Koycegiz Lake to the sea. The region enjoys a beautiful climate and unique natural and archaeological richness.
Dalyan is famous for its mud baths rich in minerals and natural salts that are therapeutic for joints and skin. Dalyan is also famous for its river boat trips, especially trips to the ancient city of Konnos , carved into the slopes of the mountains surrounding the river. Dalyan also has the ancient theater, the Roman bath, the Temple of Apollo, and the fortress on the plateau.
